Hybrid and flexible learning environments require intentional instructional design to foster meaningful reflection and learner engagement. This session describes a 10-week graduate Educational Technology Leadership course that integrates project-based learning and multimodal reflection. As a culminating activity, students create AI-assisted digital postcards that combine text, visuals, and media to synthesize their learning and connect theory with authentic coaching practice. Participants will explore the course design, view examples of student work, and also hear from course participants who will reflect on the learning experience while offering perspectives from their diverse educational and professional contexts. The session concludes with practical ideas for adapting this approach across disciplines and teaching modalities.
