At Oregon State University, the Ecampus multimedia team helped create a set of digital, 3D, rotatable human bones for use in the Online Anatomy and Physiology course. This learning tool is called the "Bone Box". After creating and implementing the Bone Box, we investigated the ability of our students to transfer the knowledge learned in the online environment using those digital 3D models to the identical physical models used in the in-person laboratory space. In this session, we will present the final results of the study.
