As interprofessional and collaborative learning initiatives expand, educators face increasing challenges in balancing scale with meaningful learner engagement. This session shares lessons learned from coordinating a large-scale interprofessional education program involving hundreds of health professions students across multiple disciplines, campuses, and learning modalities. Participants will explore practical strategies for fostering connection, psychological safety, reflective learning, and collaboration while managing complex logistical realities. Through discussion and reflection, attendees will identify approaches that can be adapted to their own large-scale educational initiatives.
