LLMs dramatically reduce the time it takes to convert paywalled course content into publicly accessible materials — what once took days or weeks now takes hours. This presentation covers practical, experience-driven methods for turning existing Canvas courses into free, distributable educational resources: OERs, EPUBs, fanzines, and websites. Drawing on firsthand experience converting Accessibility, EdTech and Rhetoric content and courses for OpenOregon.org, and producing EPUBs, fanzines, and websites on closed captions, accessibility, and transcripts hosted on Gumroad and Netlify, the presenter walks through a reproducible workflow for rapid content liberation.
